  • Propose and manage third parties (i.e. agencies) to help facilitate and conceptualize creative and campaign work.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Serve as the definitive central marketing strategist, unifying Product, Commercial, Creative, and Channel teams to achieve collective, market-moving goals.

  • Spearhead creative ideation and conceptualize disruptive, high-impact marketing ideas and campaigns that capture the passion of sports culture, cut through the noise, and deeply resonate with modern sports retailers, teams, brands, and partners.

  • Ensure campaign messaging and timing are proactively aligned with commercial objectives and critical customer needs.

  • Partner with internal stakeholders and external vendors to execute projects with undeniable excellence.

  • Transform data insights into actionable, high-level strategic recommendations for continuous, exponential result improvement.

  • Own the definition and rigorous tracking of KPIs tied to customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.

Strategic Marketing & Commercial Alignment

  • Act as a critical, forward-thinking partner to our US Sports Commercial teams and Embelex product & solutions teams, constantly exploring and seizing new market penetration opportunities.

  • Proactively identify and champion high-value growth opportunities with current customers, orchestrating targeted marketing support for new account outreach.
