This is a hybrid position that will require three days onsite at our corporate office in Mentor, OH, and up to two days remote each week. Some travel (upwards of 30% - roughly one week / month) may be required to visit assigned client groups and support recruiting process adoption.

  • Ensure positive candidate and hiring team experiences through timely feedback and consistent communication throughout the hiring process.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree, or 5+ years High Volume Recruiting experience.

  • 3+ years of full lifecycle recruiting experience required, with a preference for candidates with experience in high-volume recruitment and/or manufacturing.

  • Outstanding organizational skills, with a demonstrable ability to track, report, and present progress to business leaders and internal customers.
