Job Description
Inventory Management
• Manage end-to-end inventory of raw materials, WIP, finished goods, packaging
materials, consumables and spare parts.
• Maintain optimum inventory levels while balancing customer service, production
continuity and working capital objectives.
• Monitor inventory ageing, slow-moving and obsolete inventory and drive reduction
initiatives.
Inventory Accuracy & Cycle Count
• Lead perpetual cycle count and physical inventory programs.
• Investigate inventory variances and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Drive inventory accuracy through robust controls and process discipline.
Third-Party Tolling Operations
• Manage inventory deployed at third-party toll manufacturers.
• Perform inventory reconciliations and yield analysis.
• Ensure material visibility, accountability and control across tolling operations.
Oracle Fusion & Systems
• Act as key user for Oracle Fusion inventory transactions and controls.
• Support system improvements, master data accuracy and process standardization.
Scrap & Packaging Management
• Manage scrap generation, reconciliation, disposal and compliance.
• Control packaging inventory and packaging budget performance.
• Drive waste reduction and cost optimization initiatives.
Warehouse & Team Management
• Lead warehouse operations including receiving, storage, issue and dispatch activities.
• Manage approximately 50 employees comprising permanent and contract workforce.
• Drive safety, productivity, engagement and capability development.
Procurement & Cross-Functional Coordination
• Coordinate with procurement, planning, production and finance teams to ensure
material availability and inventory governance.
Qualifications
• MBA (Operations/Supply Chain Management) or B.Tech/BE in a relevant discipline.
• Minimum 7–9 years of experience in inventory management, warehouse operations,
supply chain, or manufacturing operations.
• Experience working in manufacturing environments with ERP-based inventory systems.
• Hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion preferred.
