Job Description

Shift: 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM, 1st Shift, Mon-Fri

Your Role:

As a Material Handler, you are the logistics engine of our facility. You will manage the flow of raw materials and finished goods, ensuring our production lines and vendors stay perfectly aligned. This active role is perfect for an organized problem-solver who thrives in motion and loves keeping operations moving seamlessly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive & Verify: Load, unload, and verify incoming truckload shipments using digital inventory databases and physical records.

  • Material Distribution: Safely store and distribute raw materials and finished goods according to department guidelines.

  • Equipment Operation: Operate material handling equipment (Order Picker, Forklift, Pallet Jacks) safely to maneuver products up to 2,000 lbs.

  • Collaboration & Teamwork: Respond to material requests, assist teammates with problem-solving, and maintain clean, organized 5S workstations.

Qualifications

What You Bring:

  • Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent.

  • Technical Skills: Experience with Inventory Control systems/locator databases and basic math proficiency (fractions, decimals).

  • Equipment Experience: Ability to safely operate forklifts or order pickers and obtain a Material Handling License.

  • Physical Agility: Ability to stand, reach, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs. regularly (and up to 100 lbs. with mechanical assistance).

  • Core Traits: High resilience in a fast-paced environment, adaptability to shifting production priorities, and a "team-first" mindset.
