Your Role
Are you a detail-oriented individual who takes pride in flawless results? As a Quality Control Assembler, you will play a vital role in our production ecosystem. You will ensure our data-integrated labels meet exact customer standards before they hit retail shelves.
What You’ll Do (Day-to-Day)
- Ensure Zero-Defect Quality: Accurately inspect, separate, and package printed label products while strictly following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Own the Workflow: Double-check outgoing shipments for errors and use our digital ERP system to log your time and materials.
Champion Safety & Cleanliness: Maintain a pristine, organized workspace, utilize required PPE, and always look out for the safety of yourself and your teammates.
Support Your Team: Step outside your core duties to help coworkers finish tasks and hit shift deadlines when priorities shift.
Qualifications
What You Bring (Requirements)
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
Exceptional attention to detail and a passion for accuracy.
Strong adaptability; comfortable cross-training or working overtime to meet customer needs.
Physical agility: Ability to stand for the duration of a shift, distinguish colors, and lift up to 50 lbs.
Shift: First Shift, Sunday -Wednesday, 6:00am to 4:30pm
