Job Description
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE (Các trách nhiệm đảm đương):
- Continuous Improvement: Identify process bottlenecks to implement Lean/Kaizen solutions, aiming to eliminate waste in conjunction with optimizing operational workflows.
- Automation Development: Install, maintain, and troubleshoot automated systems (Robotics, IoT). Develop custom applications via Google
- Apps Script, AppSheet, and Python to drive efficiency coupled with RPA implementation.
- AI Integration: Facilitate high-quality data collection for Machine Learning models, integrated with monitoring the performance of AI-driven predictive maintenance and digital quality control tools.
- Documentation & Training: Maintain comprehensive technical logs and deliver specialized training to operators, ensuring seamless adoption of new automated features alongside safety standards.
Qualifications
- University/College degree in technical majors such as: Printing, Garment, Industrial Management, mechanical, electrical, chemical etc...
- 1 to 2 years experience in similar positions (freshers with excellent school results and open mindset are also welcome).
- Knowledgeable of production, process control, sample development processes
- Well organized individual with an ability to handle multiple deadline driven projects simultaneously.
- Experienced in managing printing orders, sample orders is a plus
- Communication in English is a big advantage.
- Understanding of applicable computer systems/software, such as Microsoft Office, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop... is a plus.
