Job Description
What You’ll Do (Day-to-Day)Join Vestcom, an Avery Dennison company as a Fulfillment Clerk.. We are looking for a detail-oriented team player to kit, pack, and ship printed materials with a "zero-defect" mindset. You will play a vital role in our facility's circulatory system, ensuring every package is accurate and delivered on time.
Precision Assembly: Hand-collate and kit a variety of printed materials into final packaged products.
Quality Control: Verify package contents against pick tickets to ensure 100% accuracy.
Logistics Support: Apply shipping labels, manage packing lists, and assist with receiving raw materials.
Safety & Organization: Maintain a clean, safe work area and follow all PPE guidelines.
Shift: 6am- 4:30pm, Monday - Thursdays (During peak season, January - May, shift may include every other Friday if needed, 6am - 2:30pm)

Detail-Oriented: You have a track record of delivering high-quality work and following strict Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Strong Numerical Literacy: Must be proficient in accurately counting, sequencing, and identifying complex alphanumeric codes to ensure zero-defect order fulfillment
Resilient & Adaptable: You can maintain focus during high-pressure shifts and easily pivot when production priorities change.
Education: High school diploma/GED and 2+ years of related warehouse or assembly experience.
Tech-Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel/Word/Outlook) and shipping software.
Physical Requirements
Ability to stand for long periods and lift between 25–50 lbs.
Strong manual dexterity and close-range vision for detailed assembly.
