Job Description
As a CNC Machinist, you will set up and operate CNC Lathes and Vertical Machining Centers to fabricate critical equipment parts with minimal supervision. You won't just push buttons; you’ll use your curiosity to understand how the machines work and your analytical skills to troubleshoot complex profiles and radiuses.
Key Responsibilities:
Precision Operation: Set up and operate CNC machinery to manufacture precision parts with multiple profiles.
Technical Diagnosis: Use machine tools and manuals to troubleshoot malfunctions and find root-cause solutions.
Quality Control: Read blueprints and use precision instruments to ensure all work meets exact tolerances.
Maintenance: Perform daily cleaning and preventative maintenance to ensure operational uptime.
Agility: Support facility projects and assist other shop areas as priorities shift.
Qualifications
What You Bring
Experience: 3–5 years of CNC machining experience or a Technical Certificate/Associate Degree in Machine Tool Technology.
Technical Skills: Proficient in reading blueprints and using precision measuring tools.
High Accountability: A track record of delivering high-quality work and taking ownership of production targets.
Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for the majority of a shift and lift up to 50 lbs.
Safety Mindset: Commitment to a safety-first culture and wearing required PPE.
- The "Plus" Factor: Familiarity or working knowledge of G-code is a significant advantage.
Physical Readiness: Ability to stand for 75% of the shift, lift up to 50 lbs, and work in a loud manufacturing environment with appropriate PPE.

Shift & Compensation
Shift: 1st Shift, 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM (Overtime as needed).
Starting hiring rate: $28-30/hr
