Job Description
The selected candidate will be responsible for the sheet business in Punjab, Haryana, HP, Rajasthan state. The key responsibilities include:
Providing product recommendations, samples, technical support, pricing, and service information on demand.
Offering product quotes and actively utilizing value-selling tools and skills.
Appointing new channel partners and retailers.
Mapping the territory and actively engaging with end-users/printers to generate business.
Maximizing secondary sales in the given territory by visiting Digital & Offset printers.
Conducting promotional activities.
Achieving sales as per the plan and arranging payment.
Participating in new product development with NPD.
Resolving complaints with the technical team and ensuring quality standards.
Conducting new product trials.
Monitoring competitor activities.
The candidate will take care of Punjab, Haryana, HP & Rajasthan territory.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / science preferred / B Sc & MBA
5 - 7 years related experience in B2B / B2C Sales / Direct Sales ONLY.
Team Management experience.
Traveling -15 days in a month
Knowledge : Market, Product, Direct Selling Concept ,
Skill:- Selling, Negotiation, leadership
Aptitude:- Outgoing, Hard working, Sincere, Action oriented
Excellent communication and writing skills.
Excellent analytical, research and report writing skills.
Excellent multi-tasking skills.
Skilled in developing clear, succinct articulation of communications objectives in the form of project briefs.
Possesses teamwork, leadership and facilitation skills in order to cut across many diverse functional disciplines
Strong presentation skills
