Job Description
Job Summary:
The role is responsible for supervising daily production operations in Digital Department to ensure safety, efficiency, quality, and productivity. The position requires 3–5 years of experience in manufacturing or warehouse environments, strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to manage teams, optimize processes, and drive continuous improvement. The supervisor also ensures compliance with safety standards, manages workforce performance and scheduling, and collaborates with cross-functional teams while upholding corporate values and business ethics.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise Daily Production Operations
Oversee day-to-day production activities to ensure operations run efficiently, safely, and in accordance
with production schedules and quality standards.
Ensure Safety Compliance
Implement and enforce safety procedures and standards, promote a strong safety culture, and lead safety initiatives to maintain a safe working environment.Drive Operational Efficiency and Continuous Improvement
Identify process inefficiencies and implement improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, reduce waste, and improve cost efficiency using Lean or Six Sigma principles.Manage Team Performance and Workforce Planning
Supervise production staff, manage performance, coordinate shift scheduling, and ensure adequate manpower to meet production targets.Maintain Product Quality Standards
Ensure all production processes comply with quality requirements and support corrective actions when quality issues occur.Monitor Production Performance
Track production output, efficiency, and operational metrics, and report performance results to management.Coordinate Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with maintenance, quality, warehouse, and planning teams to resolve operational issues and ensure smooth production flow.Support Change and Improvement Initiatives
Act as a role model and change agent by promoting company values, business ethics, and continuous improvement within the team.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
Education: B.Sc. in Engineering or equivalent.
Experience: 5+ years in manufacturing maintenance, preferably in compliant factories.
