About the role
Customer Service Representatives/Officers support Avery Dennison’s customers by providing accurate and complete information that meets our customers’ needs. They address customer inquiries, requests, and complaints to successful resolution or escalation including order management, quality, and lead times. Individuals in these roles understand Avery Dennison’s products, solutions, and services and apply this knowledge in solving customer needs.
Key Responsibilities
This is an on-site position.
- Collaborate with multiple departments, including sales, order entry, finance, and operations to receive and share required information.
- Support the achievement of monthly and quarterly sales targets by supporting commercial teams or actively selling products on their own behalf.
- Think ahead and anticipate needs, opportunities, and concerns from the customers supported and proactively take action accordingly.
- Deliver against key performance indicators and productivity targets for the department.
- Address customer inquiries and complaints to successful resolution, ensuring order management and lead time standards are met.
Qualifications
- Strong ability to display agility and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven analytical skills and attention to detail for managing complex customer requests.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on active listening.
- Proficiency in problem solving and resolution to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Demonstrated ability to build connections and understand the business landscape.
