Job Description
ABOUT YOUR ROLE 职位描述
Searching and development for qualified suppliers, product/process development, negotiating competitive price with suppliers, supplier set up, contract signing and other daily related matters according to sourcing request and budget requirements.
Manage suppliers and coordinate supplier evaluation & audit, support new supplier searching and developing. Assess and monitor suppliers' daily performance and service levels.
Executes procurement process, manages procurement database. Analyse procurement data and propose improvement measures to achieve procurement annual cost saving goals.
Work with the Global Strategy Category team to contribute to business growth.
Comply with company process and compliance policy.
Executes procurement strategies to ensure long-term, cost-effective supply of products/services.
Executes other tasks assigned by the department head.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE 工作职责:
• Follow up daily sourcing request of material, service and processing, including raw material, indirect material and service, subcontracting categories
• Price benchmarking and price negotiation
• Material item set up and system data input
• Supplier creation, performance evaluation and management, visit supplier as required
• Contract Management
• Monitor and control the material inventory
• Ensure quality completeness of internal documents and database maintenance
• Initiates timeline and principles measurement to project goals
• Saving projects initiative and follow up
• Reporting to Supervisor / Manager on any daily issues happen
Qualifications
WHAT WE WILL BE LOOKING FOR IN YOU 职位要求:
• Bachelor’s degree, at least 3-5 years’ working experience of procurement (preferably in the organization with a big or mature procurement organization)
• Good in English both verbally and written skills
• PC skills is a must with Microsoft software, e.g. Excel (vlookup, basic calculation formulas, pivot table) and Google workspace
• Experienced in Oracle
• Able to perform overtime work occasionally
• Good at communication and multi-function team work, problem solving and continuous improvement approach
• Positive, responsible, strong in coordination and execution
• Strong data collection and analysis ability
• Strong personal integrity and have a good team spirit
