We seek a junior lawyer to help support our Legal Center of Excellence (COE) team in
Bangalore. The role involves drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial agreements,
partnering with cross-functional teams, and ensuring compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
● Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts, including supply,
manufacturing, services, technology/licensing, procurement/vendor, distribution,
logistics, master agreements, NDAs, and other business-required agreements.
● Provide legal advice on contract terms, risk mitigation, compliance, and cross-border
considerations.
● Work closely with procurement, operations, sourcing, R&D, and other teams to align
contracts with commercial needs and global standards.
● Manage the contract lifecycle, including repository maintenance, renewals, obligation
tracking, and escalation of issues.
● Develop and maintain standard templates, playbooks, and contracting processes to
ensure efficiency and consistency.
● Support global contracting initiatives, including standardization and digital
transformation projects.
● Track relevant legal and regulatory developments and ensure contract frameworks
remain compliant.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) from a recognized university; admission to practice in
India.
● 2-4 years of post-qualification experience in commercial contracting, ideally within
manufacturing, supply chain, sourcing, or technology sectors; MNC experience
preferred.
● Strong knowledge of contract law with experience in international and
multi-jurisdictional agreements (preferred).
● Skilled in contract drafting, review, and stakeholder management.

● Excellent communication skills; comfortable supporting senior executives across
global time zones.
● Proactive, detail-oriented, and process-driven, with the ability to improve and
standardization contracting practices.
