ABOUT YOUR ROLE 职位描述

1. In charge of new product introduction, new process development, new material qualification, new machine qualification ,engineering change ,color management. 2 Build and manage the PE team to achieve service , quality and cost target.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE 工作职责:

-Build and maintain NPI team and standard flow;
-Build and maintain ECN team and standard flow;
-New technology and process introduction;
-Provide technical and process training for engineers;
-Work relevant team(PPC, production, quality, GPD,GTQ CS) for anomaly processing ;
-Build TPM plan and get it fully implemented.
-In charge of product lifecycle management;
-In charge of new machine introduction and Capability analysis and record;
-In charge of new product BOM and process setting

WHAT WE WILL BE LOOKING FOR IN YOU 职位要求:

Education and Experience
-Bachelor's Degree or above of printing engineering. 'Ability Requirements
-Management experience.
-Good English written ,reading and speaking skills ;
-Good understanding on RFID industry including inlay construction and manufacturing; -Good understanding on printing industry including roll form and sheet form;
-At least 8 years' working experience for relevant industry; -Good sense and sensitivity on new technology and relevant industry trend;
-Good team building capability;
-Strong research and analytic work methodology and problem solving skills;
-Be customer-oriented and have effective communication skills
