Job Description
ABOUT YOUR ROLE:
In this role, you will be the backbone of our quality data systems. You will ensure that quality information is collected accurately and updated on time. You also will support the team by maintaining our digital dashboards, assisting in the testing of auto-inspection machines on the shop floor, and helping organize events that promote a strong quality culture among all employees.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
Ensure master data accuracy and update interactive dashboards to reflect the most recent production KPIs. Monitor automated alerts and consolidate root cause analysis to facilitate effective management reviews.
Support auto-inspection validations by collecting data and documenting risk assessments. Draft standard operating procedures and coordinate operator training to ensure strict adherence to quality readiness checklists.
Support quality culture initiatives by organizing Kaizen events and distributing key communications to the workforce. Conduct culture maturity surveys to gather data for ongoing assessment and improvement.
Qualifications
WHAT WE WILL BE LOOKING FOR IN YOU :
- College or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Statistics, Maths, Automation, or a related field.
- A strong sense of numbers and a high level of accuracy when performing manual data entry.
- Extremely careful and detail-oriented to ensure no errors are made in quality records.
- Ability to communicate clearly in Vietnamese; basic English (reading/writing) is a plus for using software tools.
- A helpful attitude and a willingness to support cross-functional teams.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Basic Tool Knowledge: Familiarity with Excel/Google Sheets (Pivot Tables, Formulas), Looker Studio and Apps Script.
- Some experience in a factory environment (Quality, Production, or Warehouse) is preferred.
- Proven ability to follow repetitive processes consistently and meet daily reporting deadlines.
