Job Description
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop and implement strategies to improve the reliability and maintainability of plant equipment and systems.
Establish, review, and optimize Preventive Maintenance and Predictive Maintenance programs.
Manage and improve the plant's Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) functionality and lead system upgrade.
Create and maintain an equipment automation roadmap.
Lead and implement site digitization strategies.
Champion continuous improvement and culture change in preventative maintenance and reliability strategies.
Lead and conduct problem solving efforts and implement corrective actions.
Lead capital projects related to equipment improvements, upgrades, and replacements.
Consult and provide recommendations for equipment purchases on capital projects.
Develop and conduct training for maintenance and operations personnel on reliability concepts, new technologies, and best maintenance practices.
Qualifications
REQUIRED EDUCATION, KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field. Mechanical or Electrical background preferred.
5+ Years engineering experience
Demonstrate working knowledge and experience in CMMS and reliability systems.
Strong math and analytical skills.
Strong organization and attention to detail.
Strong scientific and engineering knowledge in specialty.
Strong verbal and written skills.
Ability to interface effectively with cross-functional groups to define and execute overall requirements.
Solves complex problems or problems where precedent may not exist.
Works independently, with guidance in only the most complex situations.
