Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Continuous Improvement & Lean Sigma
Lead ELS strategy using Kaizen, VSM and root cause analysis.
Identify process inefficiencies and create improvement roadmaps aligned with site KPIs.
5S, Standard Work deployment and waste-reduction initiatives.
Support daily operational reviews and drive corrective actions using data insights.
Track key performance metrics such as UEE, flexibility, reliability, scrap rate and downtime.
Manufacturing 4.0 & Digital Transformation
Support the deployment of Manufacturing 4.0 initiatives and digital capability building.
Develop and sustain dashboards, visual tools, and analytics for data-driven decisions.
Work with teams to enhance automation, digital visibility, and real-time performance monitoring.
Operations & Engineering Support
Partner with Operations and Engineering teams to stabilize and optimize manufacturing processes.
Analyze operational and engineering data to identify losses and improve performance.
Support engineering-led changes and new equipment/process qualifications.
Provide structured problem-solving support for quality, safety, and reliability issues.
Project Governance & Reporting
Manage project charters, deliverables, timelines, and financial impact validation.
Prepare updates for leadership and regional CI governance reviews.
Support CAPEX/OPEX justification through data and benefit-cost analysis.
Training & Capability Building
Train teams on Lean tools, A3, RCA, and visual management standards.
Coach team members to strengthen internal CI capability.
Support sustainment audits and follow-up assessments for completed projects.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Manufacturing, Electrical, or related field)
Technical Skills
3-5 Years of industrial experience
Understanding of Manufacturing 4.0 and digital transformation concepts.
Ability to interpret operational data and transform insights into actions.
Familiarity with CAPEX/OPEX planning and ROI evaluation.
Soft Skills
Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking ability.
Effective communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Ability to work cross-functionally and influence teams without authority.
High ownership, adaptability and a hands-on mindset.
Preferred Skills:
Strong problem-solving and team management skills.
Proficiency in Google Docs/Sheets/Slides.
Strong communication and adaptability.
Adherence to industrial safety standards.
Clear understanding of CAPEX and OPEX
