Key Responsibilities

Compensation & Benefits Analysis

  • Analyze salary structures, compensation trends, and benefits utilization.

  • Support annual salary review, bonus, and incentive calculations.

  • Conduct internal equity analysis and market benchmarking.

  • Prepare compensation dashboards and management reports.

  • Periodic job code, MRP and Compa-ratio analysis


    HR Analytics & Reporting

  • Develop and maintain HR MIS and dashboards covering:

    • Headcount, attrition, hiring, and demographics

    • Compensation cost and productivity metrics

    • Leave, attendance, and overtime analysis
       

  • Generate insights to support workforce planning and cost optimization.
     

  • Ensure data accuracy and consistency across HR systems.
     

HR Systems & Data Management

  • Maintain and validate employee master data in HRMS and payroll systems.
     

  • Support HR system enhancements, automation, and reporting tools.
     

  • Ensure data confidentiality and compliance with data protection norms.


    Policy, Process & Projects

  • Support development and review of HR and C&B policies.
     

  • Participate in HR transformation and digitization initiatives.
     

  • Assist in compensation surveys and HR benchmarking studies.


    Stakeholder Coordination

  • Coordinate with HR, Finance, and IT teams for data reconciliation.
     

  • Support management with ad-hoc analysis and decision-support reports.
     

Address data-related queries from internal stakeholders.

  • Key Skills & Competencies

  • Strong analytical and numerical skills

  • In-depth knowledge of C&B and Indian payroll concepts

  • Advanced MS Excel skills (Pivot Tables, Power Query, formulas, macros preferred)

  • Experience with HRMS and payroll tools

  • Attention to detail and high data accuracy

  • Ability to translate data into actionable insights

  • Strong communication and presentation skills

Qualifications

 

  • Statutory portals: EPFO, ESIC, Income Tax

    Tools & Systems (Preferred)

  • HRMS/Payroll: SAP, Oracle, Workday, Darwinbox, GreytHR, Zoho People, etc.

  • Analytics: Advanced Excel, Power BI, Tableau (preferred)

  • Experience

  • 6+ years of experience in C&B and HR Analytics

  • Experience handling large datasets and HR reporting preferred

  • MBA / PGDM in HR, Analytics
