Lead Our Operational Excellence as a Maintenance & Automation Engineer!

Are you a hands-on Maintenance & Automation Engineer ready to step up and lead? Do you have a passion for optimizing complex industrial processes and a talent for getting the best out of a small technical team?

Join our Brwinów site (Warsaw area) and take the lead in ensuring the peak performance and continuity of our critical production assets. This is an exciting opportunity to act as the primary Subject Matter Expert for process automation while gaining direct leadership experience managing one dedicated technical specialist.

What You Will Do: The Core Mission

As our go-to expert, you will drive technical innovation and maintain operational stability:

  • Automation Engineering: Design, optimize, and modify complex automation controls (hardware and software) for manufacturing assets and facilities.
  • Operational Continuity: Define and execute proactive, efficient maintenance programs to guarantee the continuous, reliable operation of all production equipment.
  • Lead & Mentor: Directly manage and provide technical guidance to one maintenance engineer, leveraging your expertise to elevate team performance.
  • Strategic Management: Take ownership of the local maintenance budget, efficiently managing critical suppliers and specialized subcontractors.
  • Cross-Functional Impact: Collaborate closely with Operations, EHS, Quality, and Supply Chain teams to seamlessly integrate technical upgrades and improve overall asset reliability.

Qualifications

Who We're Looking For

You are a proactive, technically proficient professional with a desire to lead:

  • Education & Experience: Bachelor’s or Master's Degree in Automation Engineering or a related technical field, coupled with 3+ years of relevant professional experience.
  • Automation Expertise: A comprehensive, hands-on understanding of major Process Automation disciplines (e.g., Siemens, Rockwell) across hardware, software, and documentation standards.
  • Leadership Potential: Some first-hand experience in direct people management, project team leadership, or mentoring is highly desirable.
  • Analytical Power: Demonstrated success in process optimization and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Bilingual Communication: Full Professional Working Proficiency in both English and Polish is essential for effective local and international collaboration.
  • Collaboration: A strong ability to communicate complex technical issues clearly and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.
