Job Description

  • Strongly lead and carefully organize the project team, scientifically formulate project plans and strategies, and strictly control the project progress to ensure it progresses according to the established plan.
  • Show high sensitivity to various types of business data, be good at accurately perceiving problems and opportunities from the data, and provide a solid basis for project decision-making.
  • Skillfully use data to vigorously promote process transformation and significantly improve the efficiency and quality of business processes.
  • Actively be responsible for efficient communication and coordination with relevant departments, and rationally integrate all resources to lay the foundation for the smooth implementation of the project.
  • Cross-functional communication and cooperation, establish good cooperative relationships, and coordinate all forces to jointly promote the project.
  • Closely monitor the progress and effect of the project, and timely and flexibly adjust strategies and measures to ensure that the project achieves the expected goals.
  • Take the initiative to establish and carefully maintain the data model and system related to the project to better serve project decision-making and implementation.

Qualifications

  • Possess a bachelor's degree or above, regardless of major.
  • Have more than 3 years of project management experience, and those with experience in data enablement or process transformation-related projects will be given priority.
  • Have a strong sensitivity to numbers and possess solid data understanding and analysis capabilities.
  • Be proficient in project management processes and methods, and have excellent project planning and execution capabilities.
  • Have relatively strong communication and coordination skills and teamwork spirit, and be able to efficiently integrate resources.
  • Have a relatively strong sense of responsibility and ability to withstand pressure, and be able to actively and unswervingly promote the progress of the project.
