Job Description
We're looking for an experienced Maintenance & Automation Engineer to ensure the operational excellence and continuity of our production assets. You will act as a subject matter expert in process automation while independently managing electrical and electronic maintenance activities. You will optimize and modify automation controls for manufacturing assets and facilities, driving technical innovation in the field.
Key Responsibilities
- Optimize and modify automation controls on manufacturing assets and facilities.
- Define and execute efficient maintenance programs to ensure business continuity of production assets.
- Provide technical support to the Distribution Center to enhance operational performance.
- Manage the local maintenance budget, including critical suppliers and subcontractors.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Operations, EHS, Quality, Supply Chain) to integrate technical innovations and improve asset reliability.
Qualifications
Candidate Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master's Degree in Automation Engineering or a related field with 3+ years of relevant experience.
- Comprehensive understanding of Process Automation disciplines (e.g., Siemens, Rockwell) across hardware, software, and documentation.
- Demonstrated experience in process automation and strong analytical skills.
- Proficiency in both English and Polish languages.
- Strong ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
