1.学习了解工厂所有设备的维修和保养工作，带领维修团队做好设备维护保养，接到需求部门维修申请后及时协调维修员开展维修作业。Learn the repair and maintenance of all equipment in the factory. Lead the maintenance team to maintain all equipment in a good condition, carry out equipment maintenance in time when receiving the maintenance application.
2.及时诊断和排除各类设备故障，并在必要时进行紧急抢修，确保生产或服务不中断。Timely diagnose and eliminate all types of equipment failures, and perform emergency repairs when necessary to ensure uninterrupted production or service.
3.完成并妥善保存各类维修记录、设备点检记录等文件、备件账目等，分析设备故障频率及处理时间，根据分析结果和PE工程师合作制定对应的改善措施。Complete and properly preserve various maintenance records, equipment inspection records, spare parts accounts, etc., analyze equipment failure frequency and repair time, and work with Process Engineers to develop corresponding improvement measures based on the analysis results.
4.负责设备的年度保养计划制定及执行。Responsible for the formulation and implementation of annual maintenance plan for equipment.
5.协助工艺工程师解决设备技术难题，改进设备和工装夹具。Assist process engineers to solve equipment technical problems and improve equipment and fixtures.
6.跟踪新设备的安全运行情况，如新设备的就位、布线、供气管加装等。Trace and monitor the safety status of the new machine run, included the new machine locating, wiring, air supply installation, etc.
7.配合EHS部门识别设备危险源，及时对设备存在的安全隐患进行整改。确保设备维修操作符合安全规程，严格遵守上锁挂牌流程。Cooperate with EHS department to identify equipment hazards and promptly rectify any potential safety hazards. Ensure equipment maintenance and operation comply with safety regulations and strictly follow the lockout and tagout procedures.
8.负责厂房空调、空压机、环保设施设备的维护保养工作，确保设施处于良好的运行状态。Responsible for the maintenance of factory air conditioners, air compressors, and environmental protection facilities and equipment to ensure that the facilities are in good operating condition.
9.公司水、电、气节能减排的提案改善，提出降低成本的建议。Take care of the proposal of energy saving and discharge reduction. Bring out some cost reducing suggestions.
10.积极配合涉及安全类整改、工厂装修方面的项目管理（如监工、验收等）。Actively cooperate with project management involving safety improvement and factory decoration (monitor the process and quality check).
11.完成上级分配的其他临时性工作。Complete other temporary tasks assigned by the high level.

1.本科学历或以上，机械自动化相关专业，5年以上相关维修经验。Bachelor degree or above, major in mechanical automation or related fields,5 years related maintenance experience.
2.对机械设备有丰富的理论和实践经验。Good theory and practice experiences in mechanical equipment.
3.具备设备维修动手能力。Have equipment maintenance hands-on ability.
4.懂TPM理论，有TPM推动经验者优先, Familiar with TPM theory, those with TPM promotion experience are preferred
5.持有电工作业证尤佳。Having electrician license.
6.普通话，良好的沟通技能，具备英文读写能力。Mandarin. Good skill on communication, able to read and write in English
7.熟练使用常用的办公软件。Familiar with common office software.
8.责任感、细心、动手能力强。Responsibility, careful, good practice ability.
