Job Description
Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organised Supply Chain Coordinator to be a vital part of our end-to-end supply chain operations. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating activities across procurement, logistics, and inventory management. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver with strong analytical skills, experience in supplier relations, and a desire to contribute to a culture of operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Supply Chain Coordination & Optimization
Analyse market trends to identify opportunities for process optimization and innovation.
Support the development and implementation of strategies to mitigate risks and address bottlenecks.
Collaborate with cross-functional departments (sales, production, finance) to ensure seamless integration of supply chain activities.
Generate regular reports on supply chain metrics and prepare findings for management review.
Ensure all activities comply with relevant regulations and industry standards.
Procurement & Vendor Coordination
Coordinate the sourcing and procurement of raw materials, components, and finished goods.
Assist in monitoring purchasing activities against established departmental budgets.
Support contract negotiations with suppliers to secure favourable terms and pricing.
Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with key vendors.
Logistics & Inventory Control
Manage the daily transportation of goods, including freight forwarding and customs clearance.
Analyse and recommend optimizations for transportation routes to improve delivery times and reduce costs.
Coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure efficient storage, picking, and packing processes.
Implement and maintain inventory control systems to minimize stockouts and overstocking.
Monitor inventory levels, assist in forecasting future demand, and conduct regular inventory audits.
Qualifications
What You'll Bring to the Table:
A Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related discipline.
3+ years of hands-on experience in a supply chain role, ideally in a printing or production environment.
A proven ability to coordinate complex processes and a deep understanding of warehousing, shipping, and purchasing.
A talent for turning complex problems into simple, effective solutions.
Strong proficiency with ERP systems and general computer operations.
Excellent communication skills, with an advanced level of English (B2+).
A valid driver's license (Category B).
