Job Description
Avery Dennison Graphics Solutions North America seeks a hands-on Digital Marketing Specialist to actively manage and execute the daily operations of its public website and digital marketing programs. This role is for a proactive individual who will drive Customer experience enhancements across all digital platforms and implement effective lead-generation campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
Website Management and Optimization:
Create, edit, and publish website content, ensuring accuracy, brand consistency, and SEO optimization.
Directly manage day-to-day website operations, including digital assets, landing pages, and forms.
Continuously monitor and analyze website performance, proactively identify improvement areas, and swiftly implement optimizations to enhance user experience and drive conversions.
Email Marketing Campaign Execution:
Develop and deploy internal and external email marketing communications.
Set up and launch email campaigns, manage email lists, create landing pages, and configure integrations with marketing tools.
Design and implement automated lead nurturing email campaigns, delivering relevant and personalized content to leads at each stage of their journey.
Social Media Channel Management and Growth:
Manage and engage in daily activities on social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
Produce platform-specific content that resonates with the target audience, including posts, stories, reels, videos, infographics, and live content.
Schedule and publish social media posts across various accounts.
Plan and launch targeted paid social media campaigns to expand reach, increase engagement, and drive conversions.
Coordinate and execute collaborations.
Develop and implement influencer marketing campaigns.
Paid Advertising Campaign Creation and Management:
Execute paid search, social media, display, and video advertising campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, YouTube, Facebook, and Instagram.
Develop compelling ad content, refine targeting, and actively track campaign performance to maximize conversions.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) for all digital marketing activities.
Generate regular performance reports, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to improve Customer experience, campaigns, and activities.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree required and 3-5 years of hands-on experience as a digital marketer in a B2B or B2C organization.
Proven experience in actively managing email marketing, SEO, SEM, A/B testing, conversion optimization, and personalization.
Direct experience working in a CMS platform (preferably AEM).
Practical knowledge of website optimization and user experience (UX).
Hands-on familiarity with HTML, CSS, and UX design tools.
Experience actively using Act-On or similar email marketing platforms to create and manage campaigns, segment audiences, and analyze results preferred.
Experience actively using Sprout Social or similar social media management platforms to manage various social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.), create content, run social media advertising, and manage communities preferred.
Hands-on experience with SEO/SEM or paid advertising, including understanding on-page, off-page, and technical SEO, keyword research, content optimization, link building, and paid campaign creation, management, and optimization preferred.
Proficiency in using Google Analytics or similar analytics platforms to analyze data, identify trends, and generate reports preferred.
Understanding lead management processes, tools, and flows (Experience with Salesforce is a plus.)
Demonstrated project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, handle a heavy workload, and organize and handle various tasks in parallel.
Ability to stay current with the latest digital marketing trends to develop innovative campaigns.
