Job Description
Type of contract:
- Fixed term contract for 6 months (maternity leave coverage)
- You will be based at our plant in Italy - Ancarano (TE)
As an FP&A Analyst, you will be part of our Finance department and you will be responsible for the following tasks
- Perform financial forecasting, reporting, and operational metrics tracking;
- Analyze financial data, define financial models for decision support, and improve existing procedures;
- Work closely with the Accounting team to ensure accurate financial reporting;
- To support in the closing process of the Italian and Spanish entities from an FP&A perspective;
- Increase productivity by developing automated reporting/forecasting tools under the supervision of the FP&A and Finance Managers;
- Liaise with other departments such as Commercial, Operations, Supply Chain;
- Assist on multiple recurring submissions toward regional and global Headquarters;
- Ensuring compliance with all Avery Dennison Policies (Accounting & non Accounting related)
Qualifications
What we expect from you! - Your Expertise:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance o, Economics, Business Administration or related field;
- 2-4 years of experience with exposure to multinational matrix environments;
- Good business sense, strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Very good IT knowledge, in particular Excel, PowerPoint, HFM. Nice to have: familiarity with Oracle;
- Ability to design, develop and maintain tables, formulas, graphs in Excel and Google Sheets;
- Fluency in English;
- Excellent in multitasking and stress management
