• Use RFIs/RFPs, formulate, document and execute indirect sourcing strategies,  negotiation plans & execution

• Contract negotiation, documentation and filing

• Analyze suppliers and markets to identify trends, opportunities for marketplace advantage, and to explore new ideas for products, processes and services for indirect spend

• Develop and maintain appropriate and productive supplier relationships

• Gather information about competitors’ material, technologies

• Purchase price update, vendor creation, vendor lifecycle management, spend analysis 

• Accomplish any other tasks as assigned by the superior  

• 1-3 purchasing or related with accountability for actual material cost result or related experience

• 1-3  years in purchasing analytical or commercial project experience

• Sufficient in both English and Mandarin

EDUCATION:

• Bachelor degree background preferred
