Job Description
We are seeking a highly proactive, innovative and results-driven Talent Acquisition Manager for partnering with both internal and external clients to ensure various staffing goals to be achieved. The job holder will lead a team of 6 to 8 Talent Acquisition professionals to attract and acquire talents from junior staff to senior manager levels for dynamic growing functional departments.
This role reports to the APAC TA Lead and will be a member of the APAC regional team, supporting the ASEAN timezone is required. The work location will be our factory in Long An Industrial Zone in D7.
Key responsibilities:
● Develop and implement recruitment strategies;
● Plan, develop and implement innovative approaches to attract and acquire targeted talents for both current and future organizational needs;
● Partner with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to fully understand the scope, responsibilities and needs of the required positions to be filled;
● Provide consultation to managers on staffing and placement options;
● Build up and maintain strong relationships with a wide range of talent pool, especially for skilled and senior supervisory roles;
● Source potential candidates through hiring events and digital marketing campaigns, including on social media platforms;
● Develop innovative campus relationships, management trainee development and internship
programs;
● Design, plan & execute selection processes (conduct interviews, administer capability and
psychometric tests etc.);
● Evaluate applicant qualifications in comparison to requirements, develop a best qualified list of applicants using effective assessment rating methods;
● Resolve issues with managers and applicants on staffing actions;
● Close recruitment case files, maintain an accurate tracking system and report on activity;
● Create and present KPI reports;
● Other tasks assigned by the APAC TA Lead.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum 5 years of work experience, with preferably 3+ years in the TA people manager role
- Hands-on recruitment experience across many role types including commercial, corporate, and engineering
- Ability to build trust and relationships with hiring managers across the business to assist in fulfilling all open positions in their teams.
- Exceptional business acumen and ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders and external partners.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using data to drive decision-making.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Customer-service oriented mindset, with a focus on providing a positive hiring manager and candidate experience.
