AI Systems Engineer - Data Solutions

To lead the development and integration of AI solutions across multiple departments within the factory

 Location - North of Israel - On Site

Employment Type: Full-time.
Experience Required: Minimum 5 years.

Finance Director

Close work interface with:
COO, Operational Excellence Department, and Information Systems Department.

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Systems Engineer to lead the development and integration of AI solutions across multiple departments within the factory, from production processes to procurement and HR. The ideal candidate will have a multidisciplinary background with hands-on experience in designing and implementing multidisciplinary systems, developing AI solutions, and performing data analysis. This role is crucial for advancing AI initiatives to optimize operations across all division.

Key Responsibilities:
Cross-Divisional Needs Assessment: Identify needs across all divisions, including manufacturing, finance, procurement, HR, and others, to determine where AI tools, intelligent control systems, and data analysis can streamline processes.

Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with teams and managers across departments, such as manufacturing, procurement, finance, and HR, to identify needs and implement innovative AI and data-driven solutions.

Solution Development: Ability to research and develop specific solutions as needed, with a background in managing subcontractors.

Systems Engineering: Lead the development and integration of cutting-edge multidisciplinary control systems into production processes, utilizing AI and data analysis to ensure smooth operation and optimization, including innovative image processing solutions.

Data Analysis: Conduct in-depth data analysis of production processes and control systems to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for improvement.

Utilization of Large Language Models (LLMs): Apply off-the-shelf LLM solutions to enhance and optimize processes in procurement, finance, HR, and other areas.

Innovation and Continuous Improvement: Lead initiatives for continuous improvement across the factory, leveraging data-driven insights and advancements in AI.

Minimum 5 years as a Systems Engineer, or Project Manager of multidisciplinary solutions, including AI solutions.

At least 3 years of experience in developing multidisciplinary products, including AI solutions.

Experience in developing control systems for production environments is an advantage.

At least 3 years of hands-on experience in developing AI algorithms, with an advantage for computer vision applications.

At least 3 years of experience in data analysis, preferably related to production processes or control systems on the production line.
Experience using off-the-shelf Large Language Models (LLMs) for text analysis and summarization.

Qualifications

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Physics, Mathematics, Electrical Engineering, Computer Vision, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
A Master’s degree in a relevant field is an advantage.


Preferred Skills:
Proven experience in optimizing production processes using AI.
Deep understanding of manufacturing operations, including challenges and op
opportunities for AI implementation.
Ability to work in a dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical team members.
