Job Description

  • Receiving order from customer
  • Process the order from customer though manual/VIPS/SIPS/TRIM/D2Comm
  • Confirm delivery schedule to customer
  • Monitoring order status on production
  • Arrange delivery or shipment 
  • Update shipment/delivery status to customer
  • Process any complaint from customer relating the order processing

Qualifications

  • Fluent speaking and writing in English
  • D3/S1
  • Capable in excel pivot, Vlookup
  • Able to work under pressure
  • Carefully, deftly, and have the initiative
  • Multitasking (can do several thing at the same time)
  • Good in detail
