Job Description

  • Coordinate the local production, warehouse & logistics and administrative activities ensuring the needed Operational support to achieve the targets established through Annual Operating Plans and KPIs

  • Complete all reports in time and as per SOPs recommendations

  • Analyzing orders received vs. the workload of machinery, raw materials and their availability;

  • Ensures that  raw materials and auxiliary materials required for the production of orders  in the waiting list is available;

  • Organizes the subordinate staff, prepares work programs, plans the leaves, checks & approves the time sheets, according to the internal procedures, maximizes departments ‘efficiency while keeping service target costs, lead time and quality standards.

  • Allocates the execution of production orders to the subordinated staff and follows the production execution by observing deadlines and quality of work.

  • Keeps records and reports  the orders allocated for production and their related consumption of raw materials ;

  • Ensures the optimum use in the operation of equipment, in compliance with technical instructions and  equipments’ maintenance plan;

  • Technical knowledge in PFL Rotary production technology will be an advantage

  • Technical knowledge in Thermal Transfer production technology will be an advantage

  •  

Qualifications

- Graduate in any technical stream

- Fair knowledge of English language

- Fair knowledge of IT skills
