职位描述
●Lead technician team ，provide technical support to converting process，implementing production technology ，processability and qualityimprovement;
带领复合技术员团队，对复合制程提供技术支持，进行生产技术，生产效率和产品质量的改善。
●To introduce the new machine/process and technology of RFID manufacturing to make them have a more stable process and higher productivity in current situation.
引入RFID新技术，新制程，新设备，使其在当前情况下具有更稳定的工艺和更高的生产力。
●WI / SOP creation, review, update and training to production people
复合工序操作指引和操作规程的编写、定期复核、更新以及对生产员工相关的培训;
●To investigate issues in daily production and work out the solutions.
调查日常生产中的问题并制定解决方案。
●Training and development of technician and operator,
负责技术员和生产员工的培训和发展；
●Cooperate with NPI engineer and production team for new product introduction.
与生产团队和产品工程师合作推出新产品。
●Raise requirements to suppliers to improve both software and hardware.
对供应商提出要求以改进软件和硬件。
●Other task assigned by supervisor

职位要求
●At least 2 years working experience in lamination, converting or printing process
至少两年复合模切或者印刷行业工作经验
●Familiar with machines (structure & working theory) and related process. Industrial control and RFID-related experience is preferred.
熟悉设备结构和工作原理，有工控及RFID相关经验者优先。
●Requires strong problem-solving skills with high levels of motivation, initiative and energy.
