• Working with multiple accounting activities such as :  Accounts Payable, Account Receivable, Fix asset and taxes  process mainly. 
• Build effective working relationships with key customers in Business Units by serving as the primary functional point of contact for all  AP & AR  related systems, and Controlled Disbursement escalations, ensuring that issues are resolved in a timely manner and that root-cause analysis is performed
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and work with business partners to facilitate and implement necessary changes.
• Supporting Corporate initiatives and provide subject matter expertise and assistance on assigned projects
• Ensuring  compliance of SOX and third party controls
• Ability to lead immediate solutions aligned with the scope of work into the Accounting activities. 
• PCard knowledge is a plus. 
• Skilled in documenting procedures.
• Build and maintain relationships with third parties, Intercompany, and customers. 
• Good understanding of Taxes requirements. 
• Ensuring employee New Hire and Exit documentation is in place and standardized
• Prepare monthly reporting and metrics
• Supporting the tasting process for the ERP development.
• Project related work

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance related area or equivalent experience (3-4 years).

• 2+ plus years of accounting or financial system analysis in progressively challenging roles
• Working knowledge of Accounting activities  AR, AP, Inter Companies and Taxes activities ( as analyst)
• Knowledge of the end-to-end business AP or AR process processes and full understanding of their relationship with other business functions
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and English language  ( capable to communicate accounting issues).
• Oracle knowledge is a plus. 
• Results oriented with ability to effectively prioritize and manage workload
• Must be able to handle multiple tasks efficiently while demonstrating accuracy, thoroughness and orderliness in performing work assignments
• Ability to work independently  but keeping a good communication with the supervisor,  maintenance of functional and technical team members located at different locations, while building effective working relationships with key contacts

• Experience in VAT refunds before the SAT.
