Job Description

Essential duties and responsibilities: 

  • Proactively make outbound calls to current and prospective customers to develop sales opportunities 
  • Follow the systematic approach to call with a hunter mentality in call execution and call follow-up.
  • Utilize Salesforce.com and other digital tools to meet key performance indicators that support the growth targets. 
  • Provide product recommendations, samples, technical support, pricing and service information on demand.
  • Proactively identify new target accounts using screening techniques, referrals, and prospecting to potential customers.
  • Conduct application assessment through technical support and provide basic troubleshooting assistance.
  • Able to relate to both technical and commercial matters comfortably
  • Increase revenue by achieving sales objectives in new accounts
  • Identify market opportunities and potential customers for expansion by monitoring industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
  • Great communication and social skills - externally and internally
  • Able to conduct basic communication in English
  • Supervise our Lead management process.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • 3 - 5 years of related experience.
  • Sales, Business Development, or equivalent experience or knowledge preferred.
  • Strong communication and writing skills in English.
  • Technical background with proven skillset to understand adhesives and product constructions.
  • Good presentation skills.
  • Strong multi-tasking skills.
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce.com is highly preferred.
  • Possesses teamwork, leadership, and facilitation skills in order to work across many diverse functional disciplines.
