Job Description

As HR Assistant you support our HR team in Italy and you will report to the HR Manager, EU in pursuance of our strategic HR objectives. You also coordinate the operation of HR systems & processes and execute assigned tasks & projects. 

You will be  based at our plant in Italy - Ancarano (TE)

Type of contract: Fixed term contract for 6 months, with the possibility of transformation on a permanent contract.

Tasks:

  • HR Administration by preparing and maintaining employment contracts and other employee documentation as well as periodical and special purpose HR reports (e.g. headcount, recruitment, statistics, etc.)
  • Report development and tracking of data.
  • Check personnel-related documents for accuracy and completeness, maintain files and records of a confidential nature, and prepare periodic standardized reports. 
  • Assist with the administration of company-wide human resources policies, procedures, and practices in accordance with stated corporate objectives and federal and state legal requirements. 
  • Proactively identify possibilities to improve the workplace environment, HR services, products, or processes.
  • Training & Development Process by tracking and documenting employee training & development activities, plus coordinating/organizing training & development activities
  • Management of digital employee data archive.

 

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree combined with a strong enterprising spirit and a sense of cultural empathy to effectively cooperate with people 
  • Previous work experience of a minimum 2-3 years in HR
  • Good Knowledge of IT systems, Google Suite, and Google Sheets is preferred
  • Excellent organizational and analytical skills with experience in planning a range of tasks effectively and for daily operational needs and HR improvement actions
  • High accuracy and strong attention to detail when working with figures and finance
  • Good project  management and time management
  • Perform well in any situation and be able to handle a number of key tasks at a time
  • A high level of accuracy and priority-setting skills are important
  • High-energy, flexible mindset, enthusiastic work approach 
  • Strong interest and drive to identify/build and meet business needs plus cultural empathy and team-player attitude to operate in a complex multinational matrix organization
  • Ability to handle diverse and confidential information requiring extreme accuracy, independent judgment, and discretion
  • Ability to quickly learn and adapt to internal systems
  • Fluency in English and Italian 
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Multicultural approach
