Job Description

Are you seeking an opportunity to gain a broad understanding of how the different Finance teams operate and are connected with each other? And at the same time develop business & leadership skills needed to make your mark? 

The mix of business diagnostics and projects on European Level you will work on being a part of our two-year rotational European Graduate Program (Finance stream) will provide exposure to different fields and career progression options within the Finance function, giving you the opportunity to discover your niche! But it is not only about getting a Finance expert. Working on varying assignments with real, hands-on responsibilities will ensure that you have the opportunity to also develop the business & leadership skills needed to accelerate your career!

Your tasks may include activities such as:

  • Support our different functions like Procurement, Commercial and Operations by conducting business diagnostics and analysis
  • Participate in month-end reporting as well as quarterly forecasting and annual planning
  • Involvement in Financial Expenditure and Finance projects on European level

While you are on this exciting journey, you will receive plenty of support along the way. Qualifications

We are looking for agile problem-solvers who enjoy working in a dynamic and collaborative environment. And who are striving to make a difference by contributing their own strengths and ideas. 

What we also expect you to have:

  • University Degree (Bachelor / Master) in a relevant Business / Economics field 
  • First relevant practical experience (e.g. internships, project work), preferably in an international manufacturing environment
  • A good level of English
