직무 설명
- Manpower planning and resource management
- Perform safety, quality, cost, production schedule management
- Handle and control the performance of productivity rates, product standards and quality control program in order to achieve the Company’s target
- Manage the repair of any machine/equipment defects
- To take care plant (coating line) operation in each unit that comply with Quality management System and Manage & Control NPD/Sale/Marketing activities to ensure & execution that in line and high reliability of production processes and overall operations excellence
- Attend a meeting with customers to understand production problems and be able to make the production plan and attend meeting and take the company’s policy for operation plan’s improvement both Sale and logistics; Participate in different meeting
- Assures Standard Operation Procedure reflects current practice and is regularly revised to reflect new learning, processes and regulatory change.
- Supervise and Manage people in following aspects of business operations: short term/long term planning–equipment product quality / delivery–capacity management–labor / environmental / safety / health compliance.
- Observe and evaluate work performance of subordinates
- Work upon Ops & SC Director’s assignments
자격 요건
- Approx. 10 years' experience in manufacturing or product creation, Lean/Six sigma manufacturing experience is an asset.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial, Mechanical Engineering preferred
- Have experience in Quality management system, maintenance management system; TPM, MPS, project management, safety and environmental Demonstrated effective verbal and written communication skills
- Organizational and time management skills. Ability to prioritize and adjust to changes quickly. Problem solving skills. Flexible, logical and practical. Strong interpretive skills. Works successfully under tight deadlines. Ability to work with little or no direct supervision
- Experience in managing Labor Union
- Good command of written and spoken English and Computer literate
- Possess dynamism, leadership and people skills good communication skills and resulted-oriented
