Job Description
The Total Rewards Consultant will directly support the enterprise corporate functions with individual and group compensation matters. This role includes leadership of various enterprise wide recognition and compensation programs, and participation in core total rewards processes.
Total Rewards Partner, Corporate
- Directly support HR partners and functional leaders with individual and group compensation matters.
- Lead annual incentive plan linkage review and employee mapping.
- Coordinate salary planning process for the corporate functions.
- Lead the annual compensation administration process for corporate employees globally with oversight of annual merit, bonus modifiers and long term incentive awards.
- Support the organization’s pay transparency and pay equity processes for corporate employees.
Compensation Core Processes
- Coordination of various core total rewards processes.
- Support job architecture profile management.
- U.S. and Canada annual market pricing and survey participation.
- Vendor management for survey data and analysis.
- Coordinate enterprise data collection and analysis for various projects and reporting.
- Deliver and support local HR partner and leader education.
Reward & Recognition Program Management
- Leadership of various enterprise total rewards programs, including program strategy, communication and promotion.
- Annual program and reward level reviews.
- Vendor Management
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, business or related discipline preferred.
- 6+ years compensation experience.
- CCP certification is a plus.
- International exposure is a plus.
- Accuracy and attention to detail; strong analytical skills and ability to gather key insights from quantitative and qualitative data
- Self-directed with critical thinking ability.
- Ability to take moderately complex projects and see them through completion.
- Skilled in organizing and prioritizing work to balance various competing responsibilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, changing, and matrix environment; ability to work independently and in team environments.
- Excellent leadership, relationship building, and teamwork skills.
- Skilled in communicating effectively with all levels of the organization.
- Travel: 2-3 weeks annually.
The salary range for this position is $87600 - $130,000/ year.
