The Global Organizational Leadership Development Program position provides support and gains experience periodically reporting to managers in Operations, Trade and Finance departments. Participates in projects and assignments with high impact on current and planned business needs. Experience functional and technical aspects as well as general leadership skills.

1. Follows the instructions of his/her managers and supports different departments to gain experience in various functions in the company,
2. Follows the tasks assigned to him/her and fulfills them on time,
3. Participates in various trainings given by managers and applies the knowledge learned about daily operations and projects,
4. It helps solve problems that arise in functional areas or locations,
5. Provides assistance and feedback to managers; suggests improvements or changes to existing operations,
6. Communicates between departments to implement processes and changes and supports collaboration,
7. Carrying out projects related to project inputs and outputs, conducting analyses and presentations,
8. Supports continuous improvement projects,

1. Graduated from relevant engineering departments of universities(Graduated from Industrial or Mechanical Engineering or similar Engineering faculties),
2. A person with a maximum of 1 year of experience and / or a recent graduate,
3. Global understanding and strong communication skills,
4. Analytical, attention to detail, problem solving and communication skills
5. Good presentation skills,
6. Good command of Microsoft Office programs
