Job Description

About the Role:

The Global Project will lead global projects in partnership with our HR solutions and workforce operations team. This incumbent will be responsible for leading several digital transformation & continuous improvement projects in various regional Hubs.

 

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

  • Lead Digital HR projects rollout in collaboration with IT, Procurement  & HR global teams.
  • Create and manage detailed project plans and workstreams in collaboration with various stakeholders and HR teams.
  • Lead and execute HR  processes optimization/automation projects;
  • Understand the Employee Life Cycle processes and collaborate with the GWO and HRBP teams to engage with people in each stage with the optimization of employee experiences by HR digitization and transformation;
  • Lead payroll & time & attendance projects within the region end to end including blueprint design, UAT and vendor management
  • Managing various local HR systems and service vendors to ensure  level of service delivery and operation continuity and streamlining support processes. 
  • Lead process enhancements & governance projects across multiple countries.
  • Design, lead and implement communication and change management strategies
  • Managing ad hoc topics such as AOP planning process, GWO global cost analysis etc. 

Qualifications

  • Degree holder in information system, human resource, or related discipline.
  • At least 6 years of relevant professional experience in implementing HRIT (system such as payroll, time attendance, onboarding etc.), HR transformation or digitalization projects, and familiarity with international, dynamic MNC environments and matrix organization. 
  • At least leading 2 full-cycle HRIT/HR transformation/digitalization projects including project planning, requirements analysis, and design, testing/implementation, change and communication management, stakeholder management and post-implementation operations. 
  • Experience in global projects rollout in the region and collaborating with the global team on local/regional   project implementation.  
  • Experiences with areas including HR process assessment, service design, HRIT and delivery strategy, HR Operating Model Design, HR Analytics,  process automation.
  • Good understanding of business practices in the HR functional area and the way it is translated in the associated system solutions
  • ServiceNow implementation and knowledge is a big plus
  • Familiar with and able to communicate to external vendor on various local HRIT application
  • Relate well with people at all levels and possess the flexibility to work cross culturally
  • Able to work independently and keep motivated on handling multiple projects at the same time
  • Excellent communication and organization skills
