Job Description

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

Business Development & Opportunity Management

  • Identify target accounts in ASEAN
  • Identify and develop relationships with key stakeholders and decision makers regarding Digital Solutions within target accounts
  • Understand the business needs and challenges and identify opportunities relevant for Digital Solutions 
  • Drive customer meetings, including the creation of presentation materials
  • Develop a robust Pipeline for opportunities for Digital Solutions
  • Manage the opportunities end to end
  • Prepare proposals in coordination with Cross BU teams of Digital Triggers, Global Digital SIP, Solution Design team, External Partners etc.
  • Present the specific solution proposals to customers

Marketing & Industry Engagement

  • Stay abreast of industry trends by attending trade shows, events and staying on top of market insights and trends. 
  • Plan the marketing calendar for Digital Solutions including online marketing and events
  • Work with marketing team to execute the marketing plan

Sales Team and Partner Enablement

  • Build connections and relationships with country sales teams 
  • Support awareness about Digital solutions within the Sales community and enable the sales teams to identify opportunities and open doors for Digital Solutions opportunities
  • Enablement Tutorials for external partners

Execution Management

  • Work with AD APAC Solution Consultants and global product/ segment teams as well as external partners to coordinate execution of projects 

This role will require travel within ASEAN for 30-40% of time for customer meetings and events.

Qualifications

WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO BRING TO THE TEAM: 

  • Strong entrepreneurial mindset with passion to help build a new business and thrive in a startup like environment
  • Self motivated and driven with high result orientation and can-do attitude
  • Preferably MBA from a leading institution
  • 8-12 years of total work experience in Sales/Business Development in a relevant Industry and/or Management Consulting/ Corporate Strategy experience
  • Prior experience and domain knowledge in Supply Chain/ Logistics/ Ecommerce
  • Experience of dealing with senior decision makers to understand business needs and translate them into sales opportunities
  • Strong business acumen and ability to present a strong case of ROI from solutions to customers 
  • Experience of working in multiple countries within ASEAN, preferred
  • Strong influencing skills and storytelling skills 
  • Ability to and manage stakeholders in a cross functional matrix team structure
