In this diverse role of high impact, we are hiring an energized, tenacious, and highly driven Pricing Analyst to join our Avery Dennison Smartrac team (rfid.averydennison.com) home-based in Europe, ideally close to our site in Tampere, Finland, with a direct reporting line to our Global Senior Manager - Product Line Management, RFID Inlays, Tags and Sensor Products - Avery Dennison Smartrac

Your Mission:

• On a daily basis, and as a part of a global team, you will increase our business's competitiveness and profitability when you determine the appropriate pricing strategy for our RFID products.
• You will work in partnership with the finance team to create cost estimates for supporting new product concepting and ideation, analyze our products’ profitability, identify and initiate cost-outs with the product line management (PLM) team, and support our commercial teams with strategic quotations.
• Traveling (15% of your time) globally, you will help our global business determine competitive pricing strategies to gain market share and achieve revenue goals by analyzing data from multiple sources, developing complex pricing models, and collaborating with our sales and marketing teams to develop sales strategies.
• Working together with our finance and product line management teams, you will analyze and consolidate our internal and external pricing, prepare market share and revenue forecasts, and compare the outcomes of different pricing strategies. 
• Eventually, you will support our product lifecycle management with timely updates to product pricing strategies and maintain target pricing first in Google Sheets and later in Fusion PLM and CPQ systems.

What we expect from you! - Your Expertise:

• Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree in Finance, Controlling, Business Administration / Economics, or a related background 
• Previous work experience of 5+ years in costing / pricing analyses for a B2B technical product or solution
• Solid financial and business acumen
• Fluency with Google Sheets and Excel formulas and functions combined with strong analytical and data-gathering skills
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• You need to be authorized to work in the EU / EEA / UK
• Passion and interest in RFID technology and technical solutions are welcome
