Job Description

The role of the Payroll Analyst, Optimization and Special Projects is a hybrid role with four primary areas of responsibility.

  1. Payroll Process Optimization, Project & Acquisition Support
  2. General Ledger Configuration
  3. Audit Support
  4. Back up support for Payroll processing

Payroll Process Optimization, Project & Acquisition Support - Provide support for ongoing projects within the North American GWO Hub to help accelerate pace of implementation, improvements and results. Lead and participate in optimization projects. These projects will include process and system improvements for payroll and timekeeping as well as acquisition acceleration support.

General Ledger Configuration - Provide regional support for the administration and maintenance of General Ledger configuration within the ADP Vantage system. This includes ongoing maintenance as well as any maintenance required to support projects and acquisition acceleration.

Audit Support - Participate in both internal and external audits, providing back up and details as requested by Auditors. This role will also provide suggestions for improvements and/or streamlining of current controls.

Back up Support for Payroll Processing - Provide other supplemental support to the GWO Kitchen team as needed during peak volume periods.

Qualifications

Required skills and experience:

  • 10+ years of directly related experience required.
  • Understanding of ADP Vantage and PeopleSoft
  • Understanding and experience applying best practices related to Payroll and timekeeping processes.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and at varying levels within the organization and work in a team environment.
