ABOUT YOUR ROLE:

This is a sales position with assigned quota and business development responsibilities.  Due to the technical nature of the product range and consultative selling approach, the knowledge and network of the related industries is a must. Reinforce existing and build new customer relationships, implement new product introductions, and liaise with the market development team to executive go to market strategies.  Provide customers with a single point of contact for account management and is responsible for increasing the reach and scope of sales coverage to increase customer satisfaction and drive customer loyalty Responsible for basic technical supports, including Barcode printing application installation, setup & maintenance; assist the servicing with regional technical team duties and responsibilities.

·      Drive new business opportunities in logistics, E-comm, food and retail industries

      to deploy our solution to end customers and logistics service providers

·      Liaise between customers and cross-functional internal teams to ensure

       the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs 

·      Manage and develop client accounts to initiate and maintain favorable

       relationships with clients.

·      In charge of making business proposals and present them to customers

       in a timely manner to ensure all details of transactions are completed

       according to approved and standardized proceduers.

·      Conduct the sales and product training for the customers and

       company representatives.

·      Work closely with Market Development team to ensure the “go to market”

       strategy is executed smoothly in the region

자격 요건

·  Above Bachelor’s degree

· Previous outside technical-sales or project-sales experience, software or hardware

   8 ~ 15  years required.
·  Implementation on various strategies and action planning, align

   with Avery Dennison Strategies(i.e. GTM, Growth(Organic / In-Organic), Bolt-On etc.)

·   Strong interpersonal, relationship building and communication skills.

·   Experience in selling consulting services or hardware/software solutions.

·   Ability to handle aggressive targets and pressure.

·   Flexible to work remotely

·   Willing to travel in occasional basis if needed

·   Sales experience in Auto Identification and Data Capture products or

    barcode printing, is preferred

·   Strong network in logistics and food segment is preferred

·   Language Ability( Proficient English and native Korean )

·   Computer Skills: MS Office;
