Digital Content Specialist

Avery Dennison Reflective Solutions has an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about design and storytelling. Partnering with the global marketing and the product management team, this individual will be able to create compelling multimedia content to bring ideas to life. We’re seeking a design superstar to collaborate with the global marketing team to determine the best media for product launches, campaigns, and events. 

The Digital Content Specialist should have experience in content marketing/communications focused on graphic design, photography, and video editing. This position will report to the Global Digital Communications manager.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Serve as a creative partner to the global marketing team

  • Assist with design needs such as presentations, digital and print marketing collateral, email campaigns, and web content. 

  • Write, edit, and work cooperatively with subject matter experts to create informative content such as brochures, video scripts, and case studies. 

  • Provide audio/visual support for marketing events, promotions, and campaigns

  • Capture engaging photos and videos of products, people, customers, and events to enhance our digital asset library. 

  • Plan and support global customer events, conferences, and tradeshows as needed.

  • Remain current in knowledge of digital marketing techniques

Qualifications

Qualifications:​​​​​​​

  • Associates degree in Fine Arts/Graphic Design, BFA preferred, or equivalent in a design-related profession and competency with a portfolio of design work

  • 3-5 years of design experience

  • Experience with photo and/or video equipment is a must.  

  • Advanced creative talent, solid design sense, ability to interpret general concepts, visualize and apply abstract thinking to practical uses. 

  • Strong experience with creative programs like Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, etc.) and other function-specific software

  • Excellent communications and proofreading skills

  • Must be a self-starter with the ability to work autonomously and in cross-functional global teams 

  • Positive, flexible attitude and willingness to learn

  • Ability to travel (domestic and international) ~ 10%
