Job Description

  • Manage sales budgeting, forecasting, projections and variances
  • Analyze sales trend by customer, product/solution, market, etc
  • Assist in building out Annual Operating Plan for Sales by project and communicating key variances and drivers
  • Assist in monthly commission process including the preparation of individual statements for commission based employees KSO and customers rebates agreements
  • Work closely with Sales & Operations team to understand risks and opportunities between Sales projections, targets, etc
  • Determine standard costs for manufactured Items and Buy&Sell items
  • Monitor changes in processes or methods to calculate effects on overall costs
  • Investigate variances with actual costs
  • Ensure inventory obsolescence is properly calculated and recommend actions for optimization
  • Forecast and analyze costs of processes, labor and inventory
  • Suggest cost-reducing or profitable solutions
  • Identify and drive process improvements, including the creation of standard and ad-hoc reports, tools, and Excel dashboards
  • Increase productivity by developing automated reporting/forecasting tools
  • Gather and analyze financial data
  • Conduct audits on financial processes and transactions
  • Prepare detailed reports, both periodically and ad-hoc

Qualifications

  • A degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or comparable education
  • A minimum of 3 years’ experience in financial role
  • Fluency in English is essential
  • Experience of working in industry
  • Ability to work in a multi-cultural environment
  • Proficiently using computers and related software
  • Good business sense, strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Leadership skills
