  • Client On-Boarding team’s objective is to be the sole interface for the In Plant Printing Solutions project deployment . The goal, for this team, is to ensure a global and consistent “first service” is rendered to the clients and internal parties. 
  • This team will be working around 3 main themes: Prioritization of on-boarding, Coordination of the whole process (Risk, Legal and Systems) and production of the local documentation of the regional offices. The team is also in charge of the regular review process with the stakeholders.
  • The team must work as “one team” to ensure a cutting edge on-boarding service to customers and work closely with major functions like Business Development team, Project team and Support teams. 
  • Overall, through a dedicated on-boarding team and a single point of contact, the team is responsible for customer satisfaction with respect to on-boarding.
  • To facilitate and provide a complete transversal on–boarding service to internal parties and regional offices. Producing project risk assessments, project profiles, performance analyses, learnings and recommendations. 
  • Providing feedback and escalating issues to the appropriate support functions and management.

Key Responsibilities  

  • Implementation and Process
  • Work closely with the Customer Front End and Regional Offices Operations to facilitate the collection of project rollout details and other relevant documents in accordance with the prevailing account opening procedures and local regulations.
  • Review and approve for new client on-boarding projects for global accounts 
  • Perform qualitative and quantitative check on New Solutions Onboarding projects 
  • Ensure all deployment files are stored and maintained accordingly 
  • Support the negotiation of local terms with suppliers.
  • Review and update local Business Licence of the regional offices to comply with local regulations.
  • Manage machine reservation and supply chain planning
  • Provide of guideline/ template on deployment (onboarding) process of the solutions

Qualifiche

  • Bachelor’s degree holder
  • 3-4 years experience in client onboarding.
  • Project management experience preferred
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Fluency in written and spoken English
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
