Job Description

What we can offer you! - Your Role:

In this very versatile role of Senior Tech Support, we are looking for an eager and agile mind to join our high performing engineering team.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

  • Helping in developing and implementing our Platform and Application Support Strategy
  • Troubleshooting and resolving issues escalated by the L1 and L2 support team while effectively communicating with customers to keep them informed and happy
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance during testing and deployment of the atma.io platform and connected software components and applications 
  • Coordinating with local / regional technical support resources to clarify and support in solving technical issues
  • Supporting the new application approach, delivering effective solutions to customers with their queries by coordinating with internal resources to resolve the issue
  • Ensuring a positive customer experience through regular updates and open communication
  • Providing product technical training to internal and external customers and partners
  • Being responsible for documentation of product technical material, such as application notes or similar
  • Participation in the on-call service and on-call duty

Qualifications

WHAT WE WILL BE LOOKING FOR IN YOU :

  • 5+ years of professional experience in an external, customer-facing, technical support role (which includes supporting Software, SaaS and/or Cloud services ideally) for high-availability systems
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or engineering, or similar relevant education combined with applicable work experience
  • Knowledge of at least one programming/scripting languages such as C#, Java, Python, JavaScript
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Azure Cloud infrastructure is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with a team
  • Strong organizational and communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Ability to clearly structure your thoughts, actions and communication in difficult situations under pressure 
  • Strong customer focus awareness and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with the ITIL framework for incident and problem management (or similar frameworks) is a plus
  • Professional Certification - Azure or GCP is a plus
