Job Description

ABOUT YOUR ROLE:

Keep track of finished goods and shipment on system, and ensure delivery to customers shall be on time.
Make sure customers’ daily invoices are printed or documents are scanned promptly and timely as regulations.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

1. Daily delivery:
• Follow up daily export shipment from Shipping department, print invoice and transfer it to Import Export team for timely document preparation.
• Check and scan bill (DHL, UPS, FEDEX, etc.) of SO which exported to foreign and domestic customers, then input date onto system for monitoring purpose.
• Send daily documents to customers upon request.
• Report monthly invoice using within each group to Accounting department.
• Promptly report any unusual issues to the management.

2. Document archive and company & department compliance:
• Archive import/export documents of the department in accordance with regulations, make sure it is easy to check and compare whenever required.
• Stricly follow the policies and procedures of company & department.

3. Safety and environment:
• Comply with the safety and environment policy; understand and adhere to the safety and hygiene standards in the working area.
• Practice 5S methodology at the work place
• Implement "Near Miss" in accordance with the requirements on industrial hygiene and safety standards within the factory zone

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 3+ years previous experience required.
• Must be motivated towards productivity improvements, safety and quality awareness.
• Skilled in anticipating and troubleshooting problems.
• Skilled in working independently in a safe and timely manner.
• Strong interpersonal, written, oral, and proofreading skills.
• Strong organizational and customer service skills.
• Possesses solid mathematical aptitude, attention to detail and logical problem solving skills.
• Accurate typing, spelling and grammar skills required.
• Understanding of applicable computer systems, such as Microsoft Office, Lotus Notes and function specific software.
• Ability to work independently in a safe and timely manner necessary.
