Job Description

-Analyze and plan material requirements by determining the quantity and date materials
are needed to ensure optimal inventory levels.
-Monitor reorder points and initiate action to replenish stock.
-Responsible for inventory turn/ inventory levels.
-Cooperate with GPD/ Sales to highlight risk for material changing, to solve inventory
reserve.
-Plan and manage material movement with purchasing, warehouse, and production. May
negotiate lead times with suppliers and manage schedules for timely delivery.
-Provide information to determine the status of current orders and to forecast needs.
-Reports, provide forecast, material sharing
-Coordinate with related departments to execute and achieve the target.
-Proactively communicate supply chain issues and provide alternatives.
-Prepare operational schedules and coordinate manufacturing activities to ensure production
and quality of products meet specifications. May develop the master schedule for production
or manufacturing.
-Possess and apply a broad knowledge of principles, practices and procedures of Supply
Chain, Materials Management, and/or Logistics to the completion of complex assignments.
-Act as a resource for colleagues with less experience; may direct the work of other staff
members.

Qualifications

● Bachelor's degree. 1-2 years SML or related experience. For Senior levels, we look for
the candidates with 3-5 years of experience.
● Good analytical, mathematical, organizational, verbal and written communication skills
and detail-oriented.
● Ability to interface with cross-functional groups to define and execute overall
requirements.
● Familiarity in process documentation and improvement.
● Ability to design, develop, and maintain tables, formulas, graphs, queries and macros.
● Ability to interface with cross-functional groups to define and execute overall
requirements.
● Ability to conduct research, prepare comprehensive reports and present complex
statistical information in a clear and succinct fashion.
● Understanding of applicable computer systems, such as Microsoft Office and function
specific software.
● General Supply Chain, Materials Management, and Logistics knowledge.
