• Analyze existing workflows, perform benchmark gap analysis, and design to transform workflows

• Managing internal stakeholders to address operational issues related to Process Automation applications

• Lead or initiate Process Automation continuous improvement to improve operational robustness and efficiency.

• 4Organize cross-functional groups across departments to work collaboratively toward the effective and efficient pursuit of pre-determined goals.

• Prioritize projects to ensure timely completion of deliverables and milestones.

• Demonstrated experience leading others in process analysis and redesign initiatives

• 8+ years working experience in automation position
• Bachelor’s degree and above, fluent in both English and Chinese
• Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into measurable action and present projects to management for evaluation 

•  Ability to present complex processes in easy to understand terms to various cross-functional stakeholders

•  Experience with BPM / RPA tools a plus (BPM – Business Process Management RPA = Robotic Process Automation)

•  Must have Lean experience with BB certification is plus 

•  Excellent communication skills with all stakeholders and a pro-active approach to solving problems and getting the job done
